Renewal Reminder

"The Renewal Reminder feature in FleetOnGo is designed for fleet managers.

Go to app.fleetongo.com

1. Click Vehicle

Select the specific vehicle from your fleet.
Click Vehicle

2. Click "Reminders"

Navigate to the reminders section and click on to expand it
Click 'Reminders'

3. Click "Renewal Reminders"

Click on 'Renewal Reminders' to create a new reminder entry.
Click 'Renewal Reminders'

4. Click "New Renewal Reminder"

Initiate the process to create a new reminder, ensuring you never miss a renewal date again.
Click 'New Renewal Reminder'

5. Fill the Details

Choose the renewal type. If it is not available, click the '+' icon to create a new renewal type. Enter the Last Renew Date, Next Due Date, Reminder Before (in days), and select a vendor from the dropdown list.

6. Click "Update Cost"

Click on 'Update Cost' for the selected renewal type and date.
Click 'Update Cost'

7. Fill the details in update cost

The cost will be displayed, and you can enter the amount in the cost field and Select the Branch.

8. Click "Save"

Save your newly created reminder.
Click 'Save'

9. Click Edit

Access the editing feature to make any necessary changes to your renewal reminder.
Click Edit

10. Click "Update"

Confirm any changes made, ensuring your reminder is accurate and up-to-date.
Click 'Update'

11. Click "Delete"

Remove any unnecessary reminders, keeping your reminder list clean and effective.
Click 'Delete'

12. Click to Run Api

Click "Run API" to start a specific backend process or action using the provided data.
Click to Run Api
