Parts entry.

Introducing our new Parts Entry feature designed for fleet managers and maintenance teams

Go to app.fleetongo.com

1. Click Vehicle

Select the vehicle from the drop-down list for which vehicle you want to add.
Click Vehicle

2. Click "Entries"

Click on entry and access to parts entry.
Click 'Entries'

3. Click "Parts Entries"

Click on 'Parts Entries' to open a new page and enter the details.
Click 'Parts Entries'

4. Click "New Allotment"

Initiate a new allotment to add fresh entries
Click 'New Allotment'

5. Click "+"

Fill in the date, odometer reading, article name, quantity, cost, and amount, then click the '+' icon to add.

6. Click "Save & Exit"

Save your entries to secure your data, ensuring all recent updates are recorded for future reference.
Click 'Save & Exit'

7. Click "View"

Review the completed entries to verify accuracy.
Click 'View'

8. Click "Delete"

Remove any incorrect entries to maintain data accuracy.
Click 'Delete'
