Purchase Battery

Introducing the new Battery Purchase feature in Fleetongo.

Go to app.fleetongo.com

1. Click "Battery Purchase"

Click the vehicle and then Battery to navigate to the Battery purchase. Select "Battery purchase" to view your Battery purchase.
Click 'Battery Purchase'

2. Click "Add Battery Invoice"

Tap “Battery” to load the entry form.
Click 'Add Battery Invoice'

3. Fill details

Fill in the invoice number as per the required format. Select a vendor from the dropdown (or click the “+” icon to add a new vendor), and pick the purchase date.

4. Click "+"

Fill in Battery ID, condition, amount, and cost, and click the “+” to add the entry.

5. Click "SAVE & EXIT"

Finalize your entries to save your progress, ensuring your purchasing data is secured and accessible.
Click 'SAVE & EXIT'

6. Click "Edit"

We edit to correct, update, or improve existing information.
Click 'Edit'

7. Click "UPDATE & EXIT"

We use Update & Exit to save the changes and close the form or screen
Click 'UPDATE & EXIT'

8. Click "Delete"

Select this option to remove any incorrect entries, maintaining clean and accurate records for your fleet management.
Click 'Delete'
